Welcome to the Springboro Lacrosse Shootout Registration Website

Code of Conduct
The Springboro Lacrosse Club will be following the Springboro Student Athlete Handbook Guidelines and Scholastic Standard in addition to the US Lacrosse Code of Conduct. However, if there is a conflict, the US Lacrosse Code of Conduct wins.

All players in the Springboro Lacrosse Shootout must bring a completed player waiver form signed by their parent/guardian to participate in the tournament.

Payment Methods
All registration payments will be made via credit card (VISA/MasterCard).

  • Click the Advanced button
  • We highly recommend the following settings for most users:

  • Block - Third-party Cookies
  • Allow Session Cookies

Note: If you have set “Accept Third-party Cookies” ON to complete the US Lacrosse Membership page, be sure to set “Block Third-party Cookies” ON when finished.
