Springboro Lacrosse Club
Code of Conduct
Introduction:
To promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build character, and enjoy the game of lacrosse, the Springboro Lacrosse Club has craft a Code of Conduct outlining the expectations for players, coaches, parents, and volunteers associated with our club. By adhering to this code, we can ensure a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Player Conduct:
- Respect and Sportsmanship: Always show respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators. Display good sportsmanship regardless of the game's outcome. Avoid any form of bullying, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Effort and Attitude: Commit to attending practices and games regularly. Always give your best effort and maintain a positive attitude. Be willing to learn, grow, and support your teammates.
