Refund Policy

The refund policy for the Springboro Lacrosse Club is as follows:

  • The Springboro Lacrosse Club will refund 100% of the paid program registration fees when the Refund Request is received before December 1st of the program year.
  • The Springboro Lacrosse Club will refund 75% of the paid program registration fees when the Refund Request is received on or after December 1st but before January 1st of the program year.
  • The Springboro Lacrosse Club will refund 50% of the paid program registration fees if refund request is received between January 1 and the first scheduled game.
  • No refunds will be provided for Refund Requests received after the first scheduled game of the year.
  • Uniforms purchased during the season cannot be refunded.


Exceptions may be made where a player must withdraw for medical reasons or moving out of the area. These exceptions will be reviewed and decided upon by the board on a case by case basis.

The refund policy for the Springboro Shootout is as follows;

  • Any refunds requested more than 21 days prior to the tournament's scheduled date will receive a full refund. 
  • Refunds requested within 8-20 days prior to the tournament date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given less than 7 days from the tournament date.

Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. 


Refund requests for the Springboro Lacrosse Club program must be submitted in writing to treasurer@borolax.org.
