Format:
This will be set up in a league format with teams based on grade. Groups, total teams, and players per team will be based on registration numbers. The teams will be small to promote playing time, passing, and effective spacing on the field. Coaches will be present to ensure rules are enforced. We will be playing 8-10 minute running quarters in a 6 v 6 format. No body contact with stick checks only. No goalies - Goal Blockers only. Referees will not be present.
All players will receive a Pinnie.
Required Equipment: stick, arm pads, shoulder pads, gloves, helmet, protective cup, and mouthpiece.

For insurance reasons, coaches and players must be
US Lacrosse members to participate.
